Can you detail at my home or workplace?

Yes, within the service area shown above. Tell Kario where the vehicle will be parked and about any gate, garage or workplace restrictions. Access and space for the equipment are confirmed before the visit.

How should I prepare the vehicle?

Remove personal belongings and valuables so the seats, floors and cargo area are accessible. Let Kario know about spills, pet hair, delicate materials or existing damage when you request service.

How long will it take?

Open a service’s details to see its current time estimate. Vehicle size, condition, weather and approved extra work can change the timing. Your arrival window is confirmed personally.

What can change the starting price?

Vehicle size and work outside the standard scope, such as heavy pet hair, excess sand or mud, extra stain treatment or a third row. Approved charges are listed in the service details. You approve changes before that work starts.

Does a quote request confirm my appointment?

No. Kario reviews your vehicle, location and preferred time, then follows up with the price and availability. Sending a request does not take a payment or reserve an appointment automatically.
